Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unopened shipping package with all seals, labels, and tamper-evident packaging intact.

3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at (800) 503-0911 or answers@pharmaresolve.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will verify eligibility and provide a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
- Step 3: Securely package the item in its original, unopened shipping package, including all original documentation and the return authorization number.
- Step 4: Ship the item to the address below using the provided label or a trackable carrier.

4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the return is due to a pharmacy error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (800) 503-0911 or answers@pharmaresolve.com. Please provide photos of the item and packaging for verification.
- For eligible defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund.
